“Tickets for some in the group were for 1 month earlier. Took 1/2 hour for tour guide to rectify. Since many in the group, not us, we're on the continuing tour to sagradia family our actual was cut short and was rushed. The tour guide did an outstanding job trying to resolve the ticket issue and tried to get the group to as many of the park sights as possible, the actual tour suffered as we stood at the gate waiting for 1/2 hour. Situations such as this will of course happen occasionally but if you are only here once in your life it is disappointing.”
