“The guide knew his stuff and was very forthcoming with information, however, much time was spent in the security queue which was surprising. No fault of the guide who apologised profusely about the system in place and even added on time at the end of the tour to make up for lost time. After the tour, we were able to continue viewing the exhibits on our own. The Prado itself was extremely interesting and I'm happy I didn't miss it.”

“The best experience I had during my whole trip in Madrid. Had the pleasure of having Rubén as my guide, he was the most friendly tour guide/person overall I’ve met in the city. He is incredibly knowledgable, energetic and humorous, and genuinely made the history behind each painting come alive through his fascinating anecdotes and lively delivery. The museum has some great historical paintings. I’ve had plenty of great tour experiences on vacation here with awesome tour guides, but genuinely Rubén is on another level. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour with him, it will be the highlight of your entire trip.”
