“Nobody can board at 7! We were told at 6pm that the bus was ending. This, after we walked across town in the rain and waited nearly 20min. $98 USD WASTED! Bus driver laughed at us when we showed her that the information said "last bus at 7pm." Guide said "Don't blame me, I'm from Mexico. I'll personally pay for you to have another 24hr pass." “It was OK but not amazing. I have been on several of these bus tours around the world and this one was so so. You need to get there 1.2 hour eatly to get in the line if you want to be on the upper deck!! Even though we had our wlectronic tickets and proof of payment on the viator app, 2 tickets from our party of 4 could not be recognized with their codes so it was a hassle. They said they were having technical difficulties bit… at 9pm there is nobody to help!!!!”
